Walking lunges  4×20 steps 12-12kg, 18-18kg, 24-24, 24-24

Hamstring curls 4×5 up to 50kg

Then a light metabolic part:

4 rounds of

Lion walk

Farmer walk with 24kg

Bear walk

Farmer walk with 24kg
