Richard’s life is all about moving, sports, fitness and healthy lifestyle. The long story short….Sport life started with 7 years of competitive martial arts. Basketball and pumping iron followed the kicking and punching era also did many years of archery. The next level was / is CrossFit with its varied, endless challenges. He loves helping people in many other ways to achieve their best even with a tough TRX or kettlebell or bootcamp session. He also can help to let the daily anger out with a boxfit class. He is also an author for an online magazine where you can find his fitness and weightloss related articles on the WatchFit.com website.

He started this blog to post his daily workout but soon it turned to be a blog where you can find many interesting sport and rehabilitation related topics, articles.

 He believes in hard work combined with proper daily food intake and in training quality first and then quantity.
